Born in Republic of Moldova in Chisinau he completed his studies at Ciprian Porumbescu School of Music (2010-2015) and at the Academy of Music, Theater and Fine Arts (2015-2019) studying with Inna Hatipova. From 2019 he began his studies at Boston University with Pavel Nersessian, graduating in May 2021 with a Master of Music degree in Piano Performance. In 2022 he graduated from Royal Conservatory of Antwerp with a Postgraduate degree as Concert Piano Soloist studying with Sergio Tiempo and with Polina Leschenko. As of right now, he has started his Doctor of Music Arts program at Boston University studying again with Pavel Nersessian.

 

An active performer, he took part in many national and international competitions with some of the most important being: two times winner of the Golden Hands Award in the Carles & Sofia International Piano Competition (2021 and 2023) and Best 20-21st Century Performance Award (2023), Richmond Piano Competition — Boston, United States of America, Special Prize for the Best Performance of a piece by a black composer (2021), Transylvanian International Piano Competition — Brasov, Romania, Second Prize (2018), National Competition-Festival Delfiada — 2018" — Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, Golden Medal (2018); Finalist at Yamaha Scholarship Program 2016-2017 — Dubai, United Arab Emirates (2017); International Competition "Giovanni Musicisti — Citta di Treviso" — Treviso, Italy, Grand Prix (2016); International Piano Competition "PianoArtIs" — Iasi, Romania, First Prize (2016); Marina Yudina International Competition for Pianists — Sankt Petersburg, Russia, Third Prize (2015).

He has performed on stages all around the world including in: Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, Republic of Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russia, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, USA. He collaborated with Philharmonic National Symphonic Orchestra of Chisinau, Organ Hall National Chamber Orchestra of Chisinau, National Symphonic Orchestra of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic (2011, 2014 – 2015, 2017 – 2021). His performance of Tchaikovsky's First Piano Concerto with Philharmonic National Symphonic Orchestra of Chisinau is often broadcasted on TV in Moldova.

An active participant in masterclasses by Alexander Paley, Diana Ketler, Dr.Carol Leone, Eduard Kunz, Hintaras Januševičius, Ian Hobson, Korneel Bernolet, Ludmila Kasjanenko, Marek Szlezer, Marina Lomazov, Steven Osborne. He collaborated and performed works by Moldavian composers like Vladimir Beleaev, Vlad Burlea, Ghenadie Ciobanu, Snejana Paslari, Alexander Timofeev, Vasiliy Medved.

His teaching experience tracks back all the way to Republic of Moldova where he studied and graduated with a minor in Piano Teaching at the Academy of Music, Theater and Fine Arts and taught numerous private students. In addition, he had to assist at lessons from other teachers and write a detailed report of different piano teaching methods. Starting with 2019, he has been working as a Collaborative Pianist for Instrumentalists and Vocalists and as a Teaching Piano Assistant at Boston University.
